Ladies in the workforce!! How NOT to generate credibility. Failure to establish boundaries between your professional & personal conduct with employees. "We're one big happy family" A naive (potentially disasterous) mindset that could cost you EVERYTHING you have worked for! I offer the following examples: Showing up wasted at the home of a subordinate and passing out in the middle of the night and missing work the next day. Excessive drinking at social events attended by staff and passing out on a couch face down in the crotch of a subordinate! Posting notices for staff with spelling errors. "Busy" is not spelled "BUISY" You will find your employees have graded your notice with highlighted errors and a grading of C+. If there have been past indiscretions in the workplace (Sex in a bathroom) do not reveal this information to ANYONE of high school age at work!! Learn to recognize predators in the workplace that target female staff members for groping & Intimate touching. Don't say "I can handle it". You shouldn't have to. Report them to superiors. Don't imagine for one moment that "family members" in the workplace won't use embarassing lapses in behavior and conduct to advance themselves at YOUR EXPENSE! If your abilities to perform are challenged with a "smile" don't smile back. WAKE UP JOANNA!! or is it too late already?

What you are telling me are employees that are a result of the modern education system. They are this stupid. They are not taught basic reading, writing, or math skills. Plus all they are taught for a job is that they have to do is show up...no joke!
