I heard a story about another vendor at the Chesapeake Flea Market who was unable to pay her rent on time. I am not sure of the reasons why. I was told that Marcella and Loretta had threated to throw people's stuff in the dumpster if they did not pay rent. Well sure enough they did! This poor woman had to climb in the dumpster and get her stuff out. Talk about mean old hags! To do something like that. The woman would have paid when she could. There are laws about just throwing people's stuff away. Even during an eviction. Actually in most states, an eviction takes 30 days, I don't know about Ohio though. One thing I do know about Ohio is that the people there are rude! Starting with Marcella and Loretta!
