So I know a ton of you have commented on this blog and I am so so so so so sorry because I just realized that the comments have been hidden all this time! Such a bummer and a ton of you have really interesting stuff to say so thanks! And I really do apologize that it’s been a really long time that nothing has shown up!

The reason I signed on to your site is because it’s time someone investigated Countrywide’s practice of “REVERSE DISCRIMINATION.” Despite being purchased by Bank of America, Countrywide does not give a flip about the fact that its Dallas-suburb Call Center is run by Blacks who Hire ONLY BLACKS! If John Stossel of 20-20 took his television cameras in secretly, viewers would be SHOCKED AT COUNTRYWIDE’S PLANO,TEXAS CALL CENTER! Black People In Human Resources Hire ONLY Black People. BLACK FACES EVERYWHERE!
No Whites or Other Minority Groups Anywhere In The Call Center. US bilinguals are “SEGREGATED” AND LOCKED UP IN ANOTHER AREA. Countrywide’s Plano Texas Call Center Violate Civil Rights! But Blacks Enjoy Their Civil Rights, But Shaft Employment LAWS. But Does Countrywide Care About REVERSE DISCRIMINATION? No! It won’t care until it is hit with a major REVERSE DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT!!

For nearly three years now, I have been the victim of and witnessed REVERSE DISCRIMINATION in the workplace at COUNTRYWIDE IN PLANO, TEXAS!
My fellow co-worker are POSITIVE that we have a huge case a.e. LAWSUIT on the basis of Discrimination against COUNTRYWIDE IN PLANO TEXAS! Why? VIRTUALLY, Every Single Person In CW Call Center is BLACK!!! Human Resources on down to call center Supervisors, Managers and the like are virtually and totally all BLACK!!
Reverse Discrimination Does Not Get A Lot Of Press on TV or print media, but it Does Exist!
We want the whole wordl to know what’s going on right now at COUNTRYWIDE IN PLANO, TEXAS, a very upscale DALLAS suburb. At this “workplace,” which often feels like being in a “Play Pen” black folk DISCRIMINATE against virtually anyone who is Not Black!!
We have been PASSED OVER Time and Again For Promotions!! We work hard and don’t “Jack the SubPrime Borrowers Around On The Phone Ever. But We Do Not Get “Deserved” Promotions and Raises. But LAZY-ASS BLACK PEOPLE DO!! IT IS SICKENING, UNFAIR AND “UNLAWFUL!! We good workers–Non-Black–don’t jive around, laugh our heads off and fudge off daily, but we have been sorely discriminated against for at least three years or more!! GOSSIP CAN TELL US WHAT ACTION TO TAKE NOW!! PLEASE DO! THE ONLY FOLK ENJOYING SO-CALLED CIVIL RIGHTS ARE THE BLACK WHO HAVE NOW TAKEN OVER THE AMERICAN WORKPLACE AT ALL LEVELS AND NOT “EARNED” ANY OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
